Tri-Color Quinoa is a blend of organic white, black, and red quinoa
Quinoa is an ideal addition to a vegetarian or gluten-free diet, providing iron, fiber, and complete protein to the table
Basic Cooking Instructions:
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a 2-quart pot
- Add 1 cup of quinoa and return to a boil
- Cover and reduce heat to medium and simmer until water is absorbed about 12 minutes
- Remove from heat, fluff, cover, and let stand for 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings (4 cups)
